I originally got into Pilates as my own personal form of exercise back in 2020 and immediately fell in love.

While I love Pilates for its physical aspects, my passion stemmed from its mental health benefits. I quickly realized that the 50 minute classes were the only times that I didn’t feel anxious and felt the most connected to my body.

I really enjoy helping others become more in tune and connected to their bodies. Just bringing about the awareness can change your entire perspective on how you live your life such as how you walk to work or carry your groceries home (coming from Atlanta, the walking has been a huge adjustment!). I have my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and now I’ve combined my two favorite things; mental health and connecting with our bodies.

I have been teaching Pilates since 2023 and have been fully certified since 2024 and I love working with all types of people. I have worked especially close with seniors, pre/postnatal bodies, beginners to Pilates and those with a variety of limitations. Every body is a “Pilates body”!
