We believe in giving you individualized attention with our intimate classes of up to 5 people at a time and our private session practices.
We also believe options in that help tailor your practice to your body, your life and your needs both in how we teach and in what we offer.
Our menu was designed with a variety of finances, bodies and movement desires in mind, so there is a lot to choose from!

Unlimited Reformer Class Memberships
ALL UNLIMITED Memberships entitle you to 1 class/day.
You are also welcome to take a 2nd class in a day at the discounted rate of $35 for your second class.
Memberships are allowed 2 FREE freezes/year to accommodate any necessary travel or time away. Any additional freeze will incur a $75 charge.
Late cancel/no show fee of $25 for any missed, rescheduled or canceled classes within 12 hours prior to the start of your class.
