In our 400 hour Instructor Training Program you will learn:
anatomy and body mechanics
how to teach effectively to individual humans by focusing on their personal goals and needs
how to teach an inclusive, challenging and fun group class
the Pilates repertoire and how to be creative within that
how the Pilates industry works and how to find your own career path in Pilates
Payment plans available:
$2000 nonrefundable deposit to hold spot ($1000 if purchased before August 1st, 2026 with Early Bird Pricing)
$1000 due per lecture weekend (4/25, 5/30, 8/1, 8/29, 9/26, 10/24, 11/21)
$500 due on Full Equipment Test out date (5/15/27)
total cost = $9500 ($500 payment plan fee)
Lecture weekends run from 10am-6pm with a 1 hour lunch break on each day listed.
Self-practice, practice teaching, observation hours and front desk hours are done throughout the program on your schedule and your time (more info on how to schedule those hours and plan those hours is given throughout the lecture weekends).
Test Out day schedules are released 1 month prior to your Test Out. We ask you to reserve all dates listed prior to the release of the schedule to guarantee a smooth scheduling and Test Out process.

Upon successful completion of your Mat Test Out, you will be Mat Certified and eligible for employment as a Mat instructor!
Upon successful completion of your Full Equipment Test Out, you will be comprehensively certified in the Pilates method and eligible for employment as a Pilates instructor for Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Chair and Spine Corrector!
